TIMHOTEL is solely responsible for the processing of personal data of its users.

5. DURATION OF CONSERVATION

The retention period of your personal data varies according to the purpose of their collections:

  • The documents and accounting documents are kept for 10 years, as accounting evidence.

  • The data relating to your credit card are kept by our service provider 30 days after the check out of the customer. The cryptogram of your credit card is not stored by us.

  • Data that may be the subject of a judicial requisition (login details, identity, contact details, transaction data) are kept for 12 months from collection.
