A major work takes pride of place.
The Musée National Picasso-Paris is focusing on one of the most well-known works by the famous Spanish artist: Guernica. However, does such a famous work need such a spotlight? Yes, as the fame of this work does not necessarily mean that it is easy to interpret. Yet thanks to this exhibition, notably created thanks to a whole set of preparatory and archive studies from the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid, you have the chance to discover or (re-discover) the story of Guernica.
It is also the chance to shed light on the question of the political engagement of Pablo Picasso.
