Querido Dario, I am sorry that our hotel was not upto your expectations. Generally our rooms are non-smoking but sometimes not everyone respect this rule. However we ventilate them on daily bases. Please note that our reception is open for 24 hours in case of such situations, you can adresse yourself to them and they will make all necessary, event change the room if availability allows it to us. I understand that room 10 is not very isolated one as it is situated on the ground floor however this is one of the biggest rooms in its category. Bonjour M. Pihen, Je suis navrée d'avoir appris que votre séjour ne se soit pas passé comme attendu dans notre grand chambre de catégorie supérieure. Je comprends tout à fait votre mécontentement et je vous prie de bien vouloir nous en excuser. Je me permets de vous informer que selon les normes Timhotel la musique doit être tout le temps allumée à la réception, pourtant on la baisse au minimum la nuit. Cependant, si le bruit entre toujours dans la chambre, vous avez tout à fait le droit de le signaler à la réception (ouverte 24/24) qui peut faire le nécessaire puisque le confort de nos clients est primordial pour nous. Pour votre information, si la chambre ne vous convient pas, n'hésitez pas à demander à notre accueil de vous la changer. Notre équipe est tout le temps à votre disposition et en cas de disponibilité ils vont faire leur possible afin de vous trouver une chambre la plus convenable pour vous. Quant au bruit de la porte, ce problème à été résolu immédiatement. J'espère quand même de vous recevoir prochainement et d'avoir une opportunité de récupérer les inconvenances de votre séjour précédent. As you informed me personally you had enjoyed your stay. I understand that reception area is a bit messy because we are finishing our renovation of the ground floor and we are in the process of arrangement but this does not concern the rooms as you noted. Dear Martina, Thank you for sharing your opinion about your stay with us. We have had a renovation since the end of July but these procedures concern only the reception, lobby and the breakfast hall and not the whole building. Respectively this has created an uncomfortable situation on the ground floor, still the renovation area was isolated from our guests so that they could not have access there for the security reasons. I completely understand your dissatisfaction but these works were necessary to host our clients in renovated and much modern environment in very nearest future. Other than that, we arranged a breakfast in typical Parisian restaurant near our hotel (20 meter-distance) where our guests can enjoy the English breakfast for free. Please note that renovations are about to finish and we will start soon to receive our clients in our renewed reception and breakfast hall. Chère Iris, Veuillez-accepter toutes nos excuses causées par la rénovation qui a eu lieu dans notre réception, lobby et dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. C’était pour le but d'accueillir notre clientèle dans un environnement beaucoup plus embelli. Je vous signale que ces procédures n'ont jamais touché aux étages et chambres. C'est étonnant voir que le bruit des travaux vous réveillait vers 8h car je vous assure que les procédures de rénovation se déroulaient entre 10h30 et 17h30. Nous comprenons parfaitement un dis-confort causé par cette rénovation pour nos clients et nous vous présentons nos excuses sincères. Pour votre information, la modernisation de l'hôtel est en train de se terminer et on va bientôt commencer à recevoir nos clients dans une nouvelle réception et la salle de petit-déjeuner beaucoup plus confortable. Concernant les chambres, notre bâtiment représente une construction ancienne avec ses petites chambres typiquement parisiennes qu’on ne pourrait pas modifier. Pourtant nous avons les chambres beaucoup plus spacieuses dans les catégories plus élevées que vous pouvez choisir au moment de la réservation. Quant à l’état de votre chambre, je vous assure que je vais me charger personnellement pour communiquer votre message à l’équipe concernée. Pour l’information, si la disponibilité nous permet veuillez-noter que à votre demande la réception peut vous changer la chambre. Cher Jacky, Tout d'abord merci d'avoir pris le temps pour nous laisser votre avis de votre séjour. Je suis surpris d'apprendre aprés votre séjour que nos services n'aient pas été à vos attentes. Je suis vraiment étonnée pour l'accueil sachez que notre accueil et salle petit déjuener vont être refaite de cet été et ça reforceras notre équipe vu qu'on a la chance d' avoir un accueil aimable, courtois et disponible avec nos clients et cela démontré par les notes données sur ce site. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, pour votre information notre buffet correspond au normes de Timhotel et à notre 3 étoiles, toutes nos vienoisseres sont cuites sur place tous les matins, et est appliquée quasiment dans tous les timhotels. Quant au café, notre machine à café est complètement neuf et elle est remplie tous les jours avec une bonne qualité de café Arabica en grains, et qui vous propose les choix des cafés différents ; je suis navrée que cela n'ai pas été de votre gout. Pour les chambres, je comprend et est independant à notre volonté vu que la construction de notre établissement corresponde à l'ancien batiment style Parisien qu'on ne peux pas changer les mesure ansi que le salle de bains toutes refaites à neuf récement. Cependant, les dimensions des chambres sont bien préciser sur le site booking. Par ailleurs, nous avons quelques grandes chambres aussi dans la catégorie Superieure, Triple et Junior Suite (vu à la Tour Eiffel et aussi indiqué sur notre site et les autres sites) et que vous pouvez en disposer avec un supplement car tarifs differentes à la categorie confort que vous aviez reservé . En esperant dans un futur vous recevoir, n' hesitez pas à nous faire parvenir sur place votre ressentie car nous pouvons souvent le résoudre dans l' inmediat. Alba / General manager

Dear Zeynep, It's pity that the room was not up to par. The room size is the thing that does not depend on us as our hotel is constructed in very Parisian style a long time ago and it memorize the old type of architecture. Neverthless we have bigger rooms as well in higher categories per a little supplementary payment.
