Chère Madame Angard, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos impressions concernant votre séjour. Celui-ci n'a clairement pas été à la hauteur de vos exigences et nous en sommes navrés. Navrés pour cette suite de désagréments, l'odeur que vous avez du sentir dans la #13 est effectivement celle de notre produit destructeur d'odeur. Nous en avons récemment changé, celui-ci est normalement moins puissant que le précédent mais il peut en effet arriver que certains clients y soient très sensibles. En ce qui concerne la deuxième chambre que vous avez occupé, nous allons enquêter pour savoir d'où peuvent provenir ces mauvaises odeurs que vous évoquez. En revanche, je ne comprends pas votre plainte car pour moi, 50% du montant des nuits du 31 octobre et 1er novembre vous on bien été remboursées. Je vous contacte pour cela par mail en parallèle. The hotel is indeed listed as a non smoking hotel, and so it should be. But sometimes there are rude people who allow themselves to smoke at the window of their rooms. They are too lazy to come dow and go out to do their dirty business, and they erroneously think that no one will notice. They only forget that the stink of cigarettes carries, wherever you smoke them. We apologize on behalf of these ill mannered guests of which you unfortunately happened to be neighbours of.
