Cher monsieur Nous tenons tout d'abord à vous remercier d'avoir partagé ce retour. Nous sommes navrés que la prestation qui vous a été délivrée n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. La taille des salles de bains et des douches varient en fonction de la catégorie et de la typologie de la chambre. J'ai bien eu connaissance de votre requête faite le premier jour. L'équipe de réception change plusieurs fois par jour et ne nous connaissons pas physiquement tous nos clients., cependant la consigne avait bien été laissée si jamais vous vous présentiez de vous proposer une autre chambre. Malheureusement ce matin là, vous êtes parti en coup de vent et ne vous êtes plus jamais présenté à la réception durant votre séjour. Sur demande, nous changeons toujours volontiers nos clients de chambre s'ils ne se sentent pas à l'aise. Je comprends votre sentiment pour le tarif mais comme pour les billets d’avion, le tarif des hôtels évolue en fonction de la période et de la disponibilité. C'est la loi de l'offre et la demande. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour échanger à ce sujet.
